Love this. “Of course” we are doing it out of rhythm w nature. Have you written about how you managed SAD? I need to learn how to do that.

I'm thrilled to hear this resonates with you, Kirsten. I did write about SAD, years ago with my first blog, now gone. It may have changed but it was a little tricky to write about it then because SAD is classified as a form of clinical depression. Still, there are lifestyle and environmental factors you can change that can definitely help. I did write a short and long guide back then.
